Donation Terms & Conditions

1. Donations

All donations made to Compassion for Children are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error.

If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us within 14 days.

2. Use of Funds

Donations will be used to further the charitable objectives of Compassion for Children.

Where a donation is made for a specific appeal or project, funds will be used for that purpose wherever possible. If the appeal closes or the target is met, funds may be used for similar charitable purposes.

3. Gift Aid

If you choose to make a Gift Aid declaration:

  • You must be a UK taxpayer

  • You must have paid enough Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover the amount claimed

  • It is your responsibility to inform us if your tax status changes

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Liability

While we take reasonable steps to ensure our website is secure and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will always be free from errors or interruptions.
